i've been waiting on this for weeks! i just knew o would LOVE it. i was half right. she smiled, laughed a little and waved to the float riders BUT she would not leave my lap and cried if i tried to put her down. needless to say my butt was sore by the time it was over!! we met some friends early at the lodge and that worked out great! might do that for every parade from here on out! i picked o up from daycare, ran and got her some dinner and went to the lodge. i was able to feed her, change her and let her play for a little bit before the parade without having to rush and i got PRIME parking! score one for mama! we saw lots of friends at the parade and it appears that a good time was had by all!

she did enjoy it but i guess needed to know i wasn't going to leave her!
and then we drove by renee hunt's house (twice) and i so wish i could have snapped a pic of o's face! she just stared with this look on her face like, "wow!"
